This is for the Bare Tool of Drill Body with Front Handle & Carry Case. "Eco" switch is a bit loose so sits at 100% power (why you'd want only 70% I have no idea?). but doesn't affect it's use as the variable speed trigger works fine so you can go slower if you want to.
